Getting started

Open omelivechat.com in Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox, choose video, voice or text, and press start. Guests are welcome to jump straight in. Signing in keeps your coins and settings when you change devices. New here? Try a 1-on-1 video chat.

Camera or mic not picking you up?

• Click the camera icon in your browser's address bar and allow access for omelivechat.com.
• Close other apps that may be using the camera, such as meeting tools.
• On a phone, check Settings for your browser's camera and microphone permission.
• Reload the page. If it still fails, try voice or text mode while you sort it out.

Matching

Matching is random and one to one. You see your match's nickname and country before talking. Tap next any time to meet someone new. Matching is fastest in the evening in the Americas and Europe.

Coins, VIP and free matches

New members get free matches. The Reward Center above the match screen gives out more free matches or coins on a countdown. Coins cover extra matching, private calls and gifts; your balance is always shown before you spend. Nothing renews automatically unless you choose a VIP plan that says so.

Safety and reporting

Use the report button on the chat screen. Tap next first if you want to leave straight away. Our community guidelines explain what is and is not allowed.

To change your nickname or photo, open your profile. To download or delete your data, email [email protected]. See the privacy policy for details.
