Who can use OmeLiveChat

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms where you live. You are responsible for anything that happens through your account, so keep your sign-in details to yourself.

How you must behave

Use OmeLiveChat respectfully and lawfully. Our community guidelines form part of these terms. In short, you must not:

• Harass, threaten or bully anyone, or share hateful content.
• Show or share sexual content, or involve anyone under 18 in any way.
• Record, screenshot or share other people without their permission.
• Ask other users for money, run scams or advertise.
• Pretend to be someone else or create accounts to evade a ban.
• Interfere with the service, for example with bots, scraping or hacking.

How coins, VIP and the Reward Center work

OmeLiveChat is free to start. Coins and VIP are digital items that pay for extras such as additional matching, private calls and gifts. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and are generally non-refundable once used, except where the law gives you a right to a refund.

The Reward Center gives out free matches or coins on a countdown. The amounts and timing may change, and rewards obtained through abuse, automation or multiple accounts may be removed.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to host and display it as needed to run the service. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to share it.

Moderation and account closure

We may review reported chats, remove content, restrict features or suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. Serious cases may be reported to the authorities. You can stop using OmeLiveChat and ask us to delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers

People on OmeLiveChat are strangers, and we cannot guarantee how anyone will behave. Use common sense and never share information that could put you at risk. OmeLiveChat is offered as is; we do our best to keep it running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
